Why Choose Gold Plating?
Withstands harsh environments for long-term reliability
Ensures high signal integrity and performance in electrical connectors
Hard gold (AuCo/AuNi) extends lifespan in high-friction applications
Soft gold allows clean, reliable solder joints and wire bonding
Minimizes material usage while meeting all functional requirements
Process Capabilities
We operate 24 reel-to-reel plating lines with precise control over deposition and part handling. Gold plating can be applied through:
Spot Plating
Gold is applied precisely to small, targeted areas such as terminals, pads, or contact points. This method minimizes material usage while ensuring high conductivity and corrosion resistance exactly where it’s needed.

Selective Stripe (Single/Dual Sided)
Gold is deposited in narrow bands along one or both sides of the part, allowing selective coverage of functional areas. This process offers material savings while maintaining electrical and mechanical performance.

Control Depth Plating
This technique offers precise regulation of gold thickness to meet critical engineering specifications. It’s ideal for applications requiring uniformity, solderability, and compliance with industry standards like automotive or aerospace.

Overall Plating
The entire component surface is plated with gold for full coverage and uniform protection. This process ensures consistent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and finish across complex or high-contact parts.

All processes are monitored through SPC and XRF systems and optimized by our in-house chemistry labs.
Gold plating is compatible with the following part types and material formats:
Core components in connectors, microelectronics, and automotive assemblies.
Functional elements requiring thermal management and conductive coatings.
Ideal for consistent gold coverage before or after forming.
Efficient handling of small parts during high-speed reel-to-reel plating.
We support both customer-furnished and in-house sourced materials.rnrn
Gold is typically plated over nickel, nickel-cobalt, or nickel-phosphorus underlayers for improved corrosion resistance and diffusion prevention.
