Manufacturing Quality Engineer

You’ll manage quality-related investigations, lead corrective actions, and complete documentation such as 8D reports and root cause analyses. You’ll also support ongoing quality improvement efforts by performing process audits, risk assessments, and MSA studies on gages and systems. This role involves preparing and maintaining PPAPs for both new and existing parts, ensuring calibration standards are met across all measurement equipment, and assisting in quality audits to support ISO/IATF compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership on impactful projects and initiatives across departments.

We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a strong interest in manufacturing quality. Experience in quality engineering is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with ISO and IATF standards is a plus. More important than certifications is your ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You should be confident communicating with others, self-motivated to solve problems, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
